  • You cancel your order before stitching or processing begins
  • The product is out of stock after payment

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after approval
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in special cases where:

  • Product is returned with minor damage
  • Some accessories/items are missing

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Product is custom stitched
  • Incorrect measurements were provided
  • Product is used, washed, or altered
  • Return request is made after allowed time

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your payment provider

7. Order Cancellation Refund

  • Full refund if canceled before processing
  • No refund once stitching starts
